A result of high alcohol wine production, out-of-control Volatile Acidity has become a real problem for winemakers worldwide. Since the mid 1990s, new solutions have been trialed and improved - and now, finally introduced - to the wine industry. 


Our system for Volatile Acidity, or "V.A." adjustment, allows winemakers to have more control over their wine. We like to call it "fine wine-tuning."


Made up of a combination of loose reverse osmosis membranes and ion exchange columns (in compliance with patent #5,480,665), our system allows for pH stability, resulting in no pH shift in your wine.
